Formed in 1992, the MMMA Self-Insured Workers’ Compensation Fund is the alternative for “SAFETY CONSCIOUS EMPLOYERS” who want to maximize control over workers’ compensation costs. It is also the oldest and largest heterogeneous fund in the state of Missouri.

REGULATION: The MMMA Fund is regulated by the Missouri Division of Workers’ Compensation.
REINSURANCE: Protects the Fund against catastrophic claims.
Statutory coverage is provided on each and every occurrence in excess of $500,000.
For the Fund’s additional security, $5,000,000 of aggregate coverage is provided in the event that the maximum out-of-pocket expenses for the Fund are reached.
